A property marketplace I built and operate from scratch. Owners list directly to buyers, no agents, no brokers. 700+ properties listed in 7 months. An ongoing lesson across the full stack: SSR for SEO, Cloudflare R2 for storage, Go for API performance, and Meta Ads for distribution.

Joined an active World Bank-funded agricultural programme with no MIS in place, only a profile website. As sole MIS Specialist, designed and built the entire system from scratch in ~7 months: data architecture, beneficiary registry, financial reporting with 11,000+ backfilled transactions, and a KPI dashboard acknowledged by the World Bank team.

Inherited a broken MIS at Indonesia's Ministry of Agriculture under an IFAD-funded programme. I fixed the data foundation, unified siloed applications into a single KPI dashboard, and turned the system into an auditable source of truth for IFAD, the Ministry, and Indonesia's national audit board (BPK).

Personal Project

My personal site and blog built with Astro, Tailwind CSS, and Cloudflare Pages. Features a content-grounded AI assistant powered by Cloudflare Edge Functions & LLMs (Gemini/OpenAI), automated build-time RAG, dynamic Open Graph images, and a typed Markdown/MDX architecture.

Replaced two fully offline, manual processes at Indonesia's Ministry of Agriculture (internal academic quality audits and lecturer promotion assessment) spanning 7 agricultural polytechnic campuses, with one integrated platform. Estimated hundreds of millions of rupiah saved by eliminating in-person cross-campus audits.

Built a double-entry accounting platform for farmer groups in Indonesia's Food Brigade Program (Brigade Pangan), with zero prior accounting background, learned the domain and shipped journal, ledger, trial balance, and reporting modules in one month.

Cleaned and matched 4+ million farmer records between SIMLUHTAN (Ministry of Agriculture's national farmer registry) and SIKP (Ministry of Finance's agricultural credit database), off-project work carried out alongside the YESS Programme engagement. Results were presented at a DPR (Indonesian parliament) session.
